But, as there seems to have been some miscommunication between us, our Customer Service Supervisor will contact you today regarding returning your firearm to us again and either receiving a brand new replacement rifle or a refund from your purchase receipt Thank you, American Tactical

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I will agree to a refund of my money for the product. Usually, I would accept a replacement item. However, I will not in this case, given the customer service I have received from ATI.  As long as I can get the purchase refunded and this disaster of a transaction put behind me, I'll consider it acceptable.
