This is a very unfortunate and unintentional issue with this reservationOur systems are set up to send an auto response to any inquiries that come in on our properties and the systems simply failed to work properly in this caseThe emails she received were all automatic and not sent in with any malicious intentBut the fact remains that someone else booked the property before her and we have to honor that rental as it has been paid for It is never our intent to deceive or falsely advertise any of our properties to anyone at any timeWe manage properties and do over reservations a year with rarely every an issue and anytime there is one we do our very best to make the problem rightIn this case, however, we do not have any other property in our inventory to offer this guest and have certainly not accepted, nor will we accept, any fundsIt is expressly written in our terms and conditions that no contract is binding until the reservations are reviewed and funds are collectedThis is a case of an honest mistake and one that we corrected immediately upon knowing the situationI have personally written the guest with our sincere apologies for this mistake and hope that she is able to find an alternate solutionWe have, and will always be, an honest and open family run business and our duty to our renters is represented many times over in the many reviews we have received over our 15yrs in businessI am truly sorry for this oversight in our technology and we will work to ensure this does not happen again

malicious intent. But the fact remains that someone else booked the property before her and we have to honor that rental as it has been paid for. It is never our intent to deceive or falsely advertise any of our properties to anyone at any time. We manage 20 properties and do over 500 reservations a year with rarely every an issue and anytime there is one we do our very best to make the problem right. In this case, however, we do not have any other property in our inventory to offer this guest and have certainly not accepted, nor will we accept, any funds. It is expressly written in our terms and conditions that no contract is binding until the reservations are reviewed and funds are collected. This is a case of an honest mistake and one that we corrected immediately upon knowing the situation.
