DID NOTHING AS PROMISED..TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER THE THE WORK PROMISED THEN AFTER A BBB COMPLAINT AND HOUORS ON THE PHONE PROMISED TO REFUND MY MONEY IN WRITING...STILL NO MONEY AND STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND...THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE...DO NOT TRUST THEM

Review: Taxer Preparer fail to put the 1099 on the tax forms, which a audit reveal the discrepancy, and the IRS charged additional fees of $1229 dollars. I also paid the tax preparer additional fees to cover all errors. when I approach [redacted] about the incident, she stated that the paper was not in the folder, and I reviewed the file in front of her, and it was pulled out by the staples, marks prove that all necessary form was available. She then put the wrong P.O. Box number on the tax return in hope of getting the IRS to send it back to her office, I immediately cancel my tax refund, and correct the address and had it sent directly to me, I was tip off by a client that was having a argument when I arrived, he warned me not to trust her and stated she is a scammer. When I went to correct the problem with the 2013 1099, [redacted] took my page (1) of the IRS report and place a copy in the in basket by the printer, when I asked for the copy, she refused to give me the paper. Now my concerns are if she would do Identity thief. [redacted] appears as a sweet older lady around 75 years of age, but she can be quite devious and will take advantage of unsuspecting clients if they are ignorant to policies and regulations. [redacted]'s actions are intentional which leaves me to state pure malice.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to correct the problem. and for the Revdex.com to flag her Tax services so the no unsuspecting person will have to suffer the same faith and find out hundreds of dollars later that she is a fraud. Her license to practice should be taken if she is forgets to do the proper process. and maybe she is not aware that it might be time to retire, or seek other employees to assist her, or go over her work to ensure accuracy.
