ON 1/31/WE INSTALLED A CONDENSER FOR THE WARRANTY CO .THE HOME OWNER HAD TO PAY $THAT IS WHAT THE WARRANTY DID NOT PAYPER HIS CONTRACT WITH WARRANTY COMONTHS LATER WE RECEIVED A WORK ORDER FROM THE WARRANTY CO THAT THE HOME OWNER COMPLAINED THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING.ON
4/25/WE WERE DISPATCHED A CALL FOR SAME HOME , WE CHECKED THE CONDENSER FOUND THAT THE COMPRESSOR SHORTED OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED,ON 5/8/WE INSTALLED A COMPRESSOR EVERY THING WAS WORKING PROPERWE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD FOR THE HOME OWNER *** ***

WE WERE OUT TO THE HOME ON FRIDAY 1/26/AT o CLACK PM ,THE FURNACE NEEDS PARTS WE ORDERED THE PARTS .WE WILL CALL HOME OWNERTHANK YOU

ON 7/7/WE WENT TO THIS HOME THROUGH A WARRANTY CO CALL, FOUND AC UNIT TO BE BAD LEAKING WATER INTO HOME AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.ON 9/8/WE REMOVED A ROOF TOP AIR AND HEATER UNIT FROM THE HOMETHE HOME WARRANTY ORDERED THE WRONG UNIT SO WE COULD NOT INSTALL IT, WE PATCHED THE HOLE AND LEFT
THE NEW UNIT ON ROOF TILL WE GET THE RIGHT ONE FROM THE WARRANTY CO.ON 10/1/WE GOT A CRAIN TO PUT NEW UNIT ON ROOF , THAT UNIT DOES NOT FIT EITHER , WE ARE WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY TO GET THE RIGHT ONETHE HOME OWNER CALLED US 10/2/TO LET US KNOW HIS ROOF WAS LEAKING , WE WENT TO HIS HOME ABOUT PM TO LOOK AT IT , FOUND THE HIGH WINDS WE WERE HAVING RIPPED THE TARP COVERING FROM THE HOLEWE REPATCHED IT.WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR WARRANTY CO TO GET THE RIGHT EQUIPTMENTSO WE CAN FINISH THE JOBTHANK YOUBUD

Very much unhappy with the services. Poor services. When you call don't get straight answere. I wish I would have gone some other company.
