You clearly can't trust anything they tell you. And I bet if they were "INVESTIGATED" again, they would discover that they don't donate as much money as they lead you to believe on their website!!! This issue began on 6/30/2016, original call ID [redacted]. Jarrod offered to reship another product of his choice in lieu of a credit. Mr. [redacted] declined the offer. Jarrod offered a few SB12, he declined again. He was given $60 in VP on his account for the trouble and accepted...

Call dates 11/3/2016 [call ID ending in [redacted], and 11/4/2016 [Call ID ending in [redacted], credit issue date was 11/4/201611/3/2016 Joseph said he was told by someone that he spoke with someone who was very rude to him. On 6/30/2016 he was given $60 VP for orde[redacted] We reviewed what had transpired and stated I would get back to him either 11/3 or 11/4.11/4/2016 On the call I apologized that for the short delay in response because management approval was required. I re-capped his credit request of $109.99 and he was very satisfied with this resolution. I also asked if he would contact the Revdex.com on our behalf to remove the complaint and he said yes. He also filed a CC dispute which he stated would fall off. The dispute did not fall off and I had to work with the banks to have the dispute charges reversed.There was clearly an agreed upon resolution on TriVita's side to Mr. Laspina''s concerns. It appears that he did not follow through on his part with the Revdex.com.
