[redacted] has been refunded for r$14.95 on  3/10.  The remaining balance on the account has been cancelled.     Fluidity Home does not pay for the return postage to return the fluidity bar.  
 The $10.00 charge  is for priority...

handling not for shipping.  This 10.00 was part of the refund of $14.95.    Sincerely,

Please have the customer fax me a copy of her returned postage costs and I will reconsider my rejection.    My fax number is  ###-###-####.   She may also send a copy of it directly to my email address if that would work better for her.    [redacted]
