Complaint number [redacted] has the following telephone numbers, [redacted]. This account was authorized by [redacted] ,office mgr. I have sent the Verification of service, which is recorded by DCC Solutions a 3rd party TPV...

company, to the Revdex.com email provided. This was sent to prove that this customer authorized this switch to our company. Even though we have a valid authorization to change the service to us ,we still gave this customer $64.91 in total credits. This constituted their entire expenditure with us. The difference between the amount we credited and the amount she requested are the sales and government taxes which we do not collect. Her local telephone company remits these taxes and she needs to ask them for the remaining amount that she wants refunded.  This customer used our service for 3-4 months free of charge even though we have a valid confirmation of their desire to switch to our company. We weren't required to give them any refund but did so as a good faith gesture. I don't know what else we can do to make them happy since we have refunded everything that she was charged by us, even though they used our  telecommunication services.  We have tried to satisfy this customer with crediting everything that they have spent on our service. I hope that the Revdex.com takes that under consideration when ruling if we satisfied the customer. They waited until they recieved credit for all and then filed the Revdex.com complaint. [redacted] was called on 8/25/2015 at 3:41 pm and our salesperson spoke to a [redacted] Our salesperson explained our product and [redacted] decided to change the long distance service to American Telecommunications Systems. [redacted] went through an independent...

verification process administered by [redacted] which is a separate and independent company from ATS Inc.   ATS Inc. NEVER CHANGES LONG DISTANCE WITHOUT CLEAR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CUSTOMER. There is a record of the voice authorization which can be played for the customer with 1 days notice. ATS has been in business for 22 years without Federal or State Utilities sanctions of any kind. The customer states that we are a "scam and she wants to notify everyone". This an untruth and we have documentation that proves that we have the proper [redacted] procedures in place when acquiring a potential customer.  We take slamming and cramming VERY seriously and we do not conduct our business in that fashion, that's why we have been in business for 22 years. [redacted] used our long distance service 21 months. They used our network and should be responsible for their charges. Call me with any of your questions.[redacted]President [redacted]
