According to our notes the customer has never called us to dispute the billing. If they had we would be more than willing to look into the matter and resolve the issues. We will look into the issue and resolve with the customer.
Review: [redacted] disconnected exsisting DSL line and left without reconnecting. We asked for American telephone to send the tech back out to reconnect and he was unable resulting in [redacted] coming out and charging for service call. American telephone also has tried to charge us for the second trip even though it it was their tech who created the issue. They represent a dishonest approach to service by creating work for more billing.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for [redacted] charges and a no-bill for second trip.
