I purchased a PROTECTIVE case for my IPhone for this company for The case was heavy and the back was very slick and it did not appear to offer any protection The next the phone slid off the couch and broke the screen The next day I paid to repair the phone and it only lasted less than hours and the phone slid off my lap and broke the screen again I emailed Dartechand they blocked my email I called and spoke with *** and He told me they have no return policy and he hung up on me I have paid for new screens and for a useless case I am a retired disabled veteran and a Federal Police Officer and I am aware of the rights I have as a consumer
