We have received the mattress protector in question for this complaint. the protector is not one of our waterproof protectors so it would not keep any wetness from getting onto the mattressThere are no claims that this is waterproof. We have offered to send him a protector that is
waterproof, but we are not going to file a claim with our insurance for any mattress damage If you need anything else, please let us know Thank you

Review: 1) On 11-09-2013 we purchased four bed pillows manufactured by American Textile under the "indulgence at home" brand. The packaging for these pillows indicate a 5 year manufacturer's product warranty.

2) During normal use, each pillow's casing seam opened at one end due to poor stitching, allowing the internal fiber filling to escape.

2) On 01-13-2016 we returned these defective products to American Textile together with a letter requesting warranty replacement, and photocopies of the product packaging, tags, and original purchase receipt. The postage cost for this shipment was $37.13, and USPS tracking confirmed that the shipment was delivered on 01-19-2016. A copy of the return letter, shipping receipt, and tracking details is attached to this complaint, in Adobe PDF format.

3) American Textile has not fulfilled the warranty replacement, nor replied to the correspondence in any way.Desired Settlement: a) According to their product warranty, American Textile should ship replacement pillows (two standard size and two king size) of comparable price and quality, without further delay.

b) As an alternative to replacement, American Textile could reimburse the original purchase price of $88.72, plus the product return shipment postage cost of $37.13, for a total refund amount of $125.85.
