I had 33 windows installed by American Thermal. I went with their Triple Pane vinyl window by [redacted] and I couldn't be happier. I really noticed the difference this last winter. I saved almost $100 month on my heating bill. Needless to say they are well worth my investment. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff, salesman and installers, were very professional and informative. I highly recommend them to everyone. I even got my parents to get the same windows and they are just as pleased.

All I can say is WOW! American Thermal is a TRUE family company. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy throughout the entire process. After speaking with several companies, and getting multiple quotes, our allegiance sided with American Thermal. Nick was our sales rep. His genuine personality and honesty made our decision that much easier. He offered competitive pricing and our windows were ready for installation much sooner than we expected.

From an outsider's perspective, window replacement is an arduous job. The installation of our windows was smooth sailing. The crew's punctual arrival, professional demeanor, and care for our personal belongings were greatly appreciated. The crew covered furniture and flooring to make sure debris was contained and made sure everything was immaculate upon completion. The crew also took the time to explain the window mechanics as well as tips and tricks for easy cleaning.

Our journey doesn't end there. The backend office staff were super helpful. Whether we had scheduling conflicts or billing questions, they were always available to chat and efficiently answer/solve anything placed in their path. Shout out goes to Andrea for going that extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.

All in all, you'd be foolish to go with any other company BUT American Thermal. We're proud to say they made us feel like an honorary member of their family and will continue to recommend their services to anyone who asks. Thanks again for all of your hard work!

Our service man and inspector arrived at Ms. [redacted]'s home on Thursday, July 31st to investigate her claims. We...

pulled the flashing off the windows we installed and discovered that there was in fact insulation around the windows in the openings. [redacted] showed the customer and she agreed that there was insulation, I have attached one picture to show insulation. That day we put additional foam insulation into the openings, even though there was already insulation existing. We reflashed all the exteriors and recaulked to the brick. There are a couple windows left to complete, which the customer is ok with. We have never replaced defective windows here, that would imply complete replacement. In the past the customer has had glass replacement done due to a seal break in the glass causing the argon gas to leak out. Those are simple warranty issues and the glass is provided by the manufacturer and swapped out in a matter of minutes. It does not mean the window is defective. We discovered while on site that she has a seal failure in one window currently, which will be replaced under warranty. The system would only allow me to add one picture, but I also have pictures of the foam injected around the window and the finished product on file.

We just had the windows & a patio door replaced in our home by American Thermal. What a delightfully positive experience it was. Friendly, informative and professional experience beginning with the salesman and ending with the installation professionals. Windows look great. Installation was done efficiently and cleanly ...no mess whatsoever. Happy to recommend this company.
