To whom it may concern,The owner of our company went out to the house and met with both homeowners on Saturday May 16th. The lady of the house was apparently unaware, since it is her husbands bathroom, that the contractor had gone out right after she advised us of the issues to complete... the repairs that she requested. Her husband was there when the work was done and he is is pleased with the results. He advised his wife of this and she has since revised the review that she had previously posted on [redacted] which I have attached to this email. She also let us know that she was going to contact you and advise you of this new status.Thank you [redacted]

Review: Horrible contractor...started our bathroom remodel 4-5 months ago. Showed up late in the day each day, in a hurry to leave, sloppy work, have followed up many times over several weeks...came back once and fixed tiles around drain and on one shower wall, never fixed tile baseboards SLOPPY, and still haven't come back to replace drain with the proper one as promised. HORRIBLE work and service...I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.Desired Settlement: I want them to come and do the work properly. And I do NOT want to deal with the same people I've been dealing with. Owner only.
