I would not reccomend this company to anyoneMy year old dad took his car in after calling in regard to a problem he had with his Mercury SableMy dad is very independant and takes care of his own businessWe dont interfere unless we feel he is being taken advantage ofHis bill was over a thousand dollars and then a month to the day and only miles put on the vehicle he has the same probloem with the carThey tell him they will have to charge him to diagnose the problem, this would be the 2nd charge for diagnosisThey tell him this is a seperate issue with the carNow it needs a fuel pumpThis could cost up to another $Sorrybut that is a little too coincidental for meThat makes me wonder if maybe that was the problem all alongI then ask for the owners name and number*** refused times saying we didnt have to speak to the owner that the decision was hisHe also told me that the owner would not call me back he would just pass it off to someone elseI was truly hoping that the owner, whoever he is, would prove him wrong but he didn'tFinally he gave me his card with the owners name on the backI said if I call this number is it going to call youHe assured me I could get the ownerGuess who answered when I called the *** himselfI demanded that he give me the correct number so he gave me another numberI called the number and asked for *** *** who is supposedly the owner, who knows because at the same time I was calling my husband is on his phone trying to find the ownerHe was given the name of *** *** but yet supposedly there is only one ownerWe left messages with both peopleNo surprise when after hrsno one called us backI felt like I was dealing with the keystone copsExtremely unprofessionalWe have been business owners and went to great lengths to keep customers happyI have never seen so much dissaray within a company.We picked up the car and will probably just take it to the dealer which was surprisingly cheaper on the repair that American Tire said neededThey will have to diagnose as wellIt is very disssapointing the way the whole thing was handled or should I say mishandledDont go to anyone that is not Revdex.com accedited
