cooling system was leaking coolant. We had our technician check to see where the leak was, his testing results were the coolant hose to the Turbo Charger was leaking coolant at the tip because the hoses needed to be replaced. We made an estimate (Exhibit B) and called Mr [redacted] and told him that his Hoses, Thermostat and Radiator Cap needed to serviced (replaced). The Turbo Hose has to be special order and it will take about 3-5 working days before we get it. We told him if he needs to use the vehicle we can cut the tip of the hose and put a new hose clamp we also filled the system with 1.5 gallons of coolant, Exhibit C shows that we did not charge him for the 1.5 gallons of coolant that we used to filled his system with. Mr [redacted] said that is all the service work he wanted and he will let us know about the other service work. On Saturday 29th August Mr [redacted] called and said his vehicle was leaking coolant and the engine was running hot, we told him we will pick up his vehicle and check it out, after the vehicle got to our shop we checked the Turbo Hose but it was not leaking, after several hours of testing our technician finally found the problem, the Radiator Cap was not holding the pressure it will open at 5lbs of pressure and push the coolant into the recovery tank which overflowed to the ground. All this was recommended to (Exhibit B) Mr [redacted] on 8/05/2015 but he declined the recommended work. Mr [redacted] did not think he should have to pay for any of the services or parts we performed on 08/29/2015. (Exhibit D)
I was not aware that [redacted] had contacted the Revdex.com, but I did contact him, when my employees told me he was upset. We have been doing business with his company for over 10 years and had a great relationship, until now. I apologized for not giving him good customer service and...
refunded some money he had spent for the work we had done. We shook hands and he said he was satisfied with everything and would continue to do business with us.
