Review: On 1/13/14 I went into the shop to get an oil change for my 2001 Mercedes s500. I was told that because of the type of vehicle I drive, a certain oil had to be put in my car. I was informed by [redacted] that the proper oil for my car is an 0w-30 and that's the type of oil they would be using.While there, [redacted] continued to make sexual advances towards me,saying how he wanted to take me out to dinner and gave me his number on several different occasions. This made me extremely uncomfortable, which I immediately called my boyfriend and my mother and expressed to them how unprofessional he was being and how uncomfortable I was. Shortly after my oil was changed I started hearing a pinging noise coming from or around my engine. I brought my car back to the shop and express to them that shortly after I got my oil changed this had occurred. [redacted] had one of the mechanics test drive the car and the mechanic stated that I needed a thicker oil. I then left the shop and called [redacted], which they informed me that if a mechanic was requesting that I need a thicker oil that I should just get my oil changed AGAIN and use a synthetic oil thickener in the mean time so I don't cause further issues to my vehicle. I tried using some of the solution, but the problem continued.I then went back to the shop with the solution and my boyfriend and told [redacted] that it was still an issue.He then started to get hostile and said the oil he used was an aproved oil.He called the mechanic to the front and then the mechanic stated in front of him that 0w-30 should NOT have gone in my car.He then got more upset with his mechanic.He then said he could have one of his mechanic put more of the solution in,which I was fine with.About 20 minutes later, a young boy who looked to be around 16 years old pulled my car around to the front and handed me my keys. I was highly upset because this young man obvious doesn't have his license.The solution still failed to work and I ended up taken it to the Mercedes dealer for correct oil.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my oil, the diagnostics I had to get done, the solution, and reimbursement for all damages cause by the oil.
