[redacted] [redacted] Response:On November 3, [redacted] purchased a property at [redacted] American Title Agency conducted the closing and issued the Owner’s policy of Title Insurance along with the original recorded deed on November 6, We did not say we issued the policy and deed on December 3, it was the next business day after the closing [redacted] indicated that he did not go to the post office and get his address switched for a few weeks after the closing so mail was not being delivered to that addressHe called American Title Agency around December 18th, indicating that he never received the documentsSo we issued a duplicate original policy along with a certified copy of the recorded deed and mailed it to him on the same dayHe still indicates that he has not received any documentation regarding his policy and deedTherefore, we are hand delivering the duplicate policy and certified copy of the deed to his address on February 2, We did not charge him for the fees associated with the duplicate original policy or certified copy of the deed and have shown a high level of customer service with respect to this issue.Please let me know if you need anything else.Stuart DA***American Title AgencyWest First StreetCasper, WY [redacted]

Owner’s policy of Title Insurance along with the original recorded deed on November 6, 2017. We did not say we issued the policy and deed on December 3, 2017 it was the next business day after the closing. [redacted] indicated that he did not go to the post office and get his address switched for a few weeks after the closing so mail was not being delivered to that address. He called American Title Agency around December 18th, 2017 indicating that he never received the documents. So we issued a duplicate original policy along with a certified copy of the recorded deed and mailed it to him on the same day. He still indicates that he has not received any documentation regarding his policy and deed.
