I am rejecting this response because: no one told me I didn't qualify for the early cancellation They let me sign it under pretenses I will take this business to small claims courtIf they I did not qualify someone should have told meNot tell me days after I signed the day cancellation notice

No discussion on canceling the membership took place between the owner and customerTo avoid problems like this American Top Team Savage provides carbon copies on all cancellation forms and contracts for the customer's recordsIf the customer
would like to challenge our record keeping he is invited to produce his own documentation proving he canceled
The time the customer was not billed (but was contractually obligated to do so) was an error on our part and was handled in the customer's favorIn reality, the customer would have been obligated to make a full year's worth of payments but avoided over half that
While a mistake was made, American Top Team upholds all of its agreements and expects its members to do the sameNow that the error has been corrected the customer is expected to make good on the remainder of his written agreement
The customer has instead gone outside the agreement and issued chargebacks on his monthly membership dues and currently owes American Top Team $It is not our "stance" that he can only cancel early if he moves or is injured, that is simply the agreement he signedIf the customer wanted a different type of agreement we would have been more than willing to accommodate and indeed do so for many of our other membersThe customer's account will be given to a collections agency if he continues to issue wrongful chargebacks through his credit card provider and refuses to pay his membership dues

The agreement paperwork clearly states the conditions for early cancellation also our day to cancel notice state: IF YOU QUALIFY right at the top I have attached the agreement and a copy of the customers cancellation noticeShe did not qualify for early cancellation there fore we
are continuing to bill this customer

All of our paperwork is clearThe customer signed all paperwork and it is their responsibility to understand what they signedWe stand by our decision to continue to bill the customer based on the agreement

The amount taken of $650.00 was returned to my checking account. I am glad this ordeal is over but I must say it took a long time of unnecessary back and forth texts between my fiance and the owner plus and overall feeling of initial reluctance from American Top team Company. In the end, I would not go here again and am just glad I got my money back.
