Tuesday November 8, Dear Mrs [redacted] I have received your letter concerning the complaint filed by [redacted] from [redacted] Used Cars As a towing company, I was contacted by [redacted] on October 7, regarding her Chevrolet Avalanch to provide service I provided service for the Avalanch and when we arrived to L.Ashe then said she didn’t have the money for the tow I told her that I was going to have to tow the truck to the impound where I can store the truck until full payment [redacted] came by on 10-20-to remove her belongings because she said she was not going to be able to get the money for the tow which was $plus storage and other fees I had given her days to come and get her truck or to gather her belongings This is the day that [redacted] met with the repo company in front of the shop I arrived there and met with the repo company and advised them on the charges and provided him with the invoice When the repo company talked to me they said I needed to release the truck and I agreed only after being paid for the towing and fees A lean was also started on the same day They disagreed with my bill and accused me of having [redacted] work for meThis is a accusation because I do not have any female employees [redacted] Used Cars has until November 22, to pay all fees and pick up the vehicle As of today November 8, 2016, the fees are $and $a day I have had numerous calls with [redacted] and he has offered to pay $to release the vehicle and that will not cover for the towing and fees I have attached a copy of the invoice provided to the repo company and [redacted] thru textIf you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to call me American Tow Group [redacted] ###-###-####

2016 regarding her 2003 Chevrolet Avalanch to provide service.  I provided service for the Avalanch and when we arrived to L.A. she then said she didn’t have the money for the tow.  I told her that I was going to have to tow the truck to the impound where I can store the truck until full payment.  [redacted] came by on 10-20-2016 to remove her belongings because she said she was not going to be able to get the money for the tow which was $1800 plus storage and other fees.  I had given her 13 days to come and get her truck or to gather her belongings.  This is the day that [redacted] met with the repo company in front of the shop.  I arrived there and met with the repo company and advised them on the charges and provided him with the invoice.    When the repo company talked to me they said I needed to release the truck and I agreed only after being paid for the towing and fees.  A lean was also started on the same day.  They disagreed with my bill and accused me of having [redacted] work for me. This is a false accusation because I do not have any female employees.  [redacted] Used Cars has until November 22, 2016 to pay all fees and pick up the vehicle.  As of today November 8, 2016, the fees are $3650 and $50 a day.  I have had numerous calls with [redacted] and he has offered to pay $500 to release the vehicle and that will not cover for the towing and fees.    I have attached a copy of the invoice provided to the repo company and [redacted] thru text. I am rejecting this response because:American tow group is doing fraud and will not pay such amount.american tow group needs to file a claim at small claim court house .
