Jacob from American Towing helped my father and I on 5/3/2015 at 2:00 a.m. on I-55 going into Memphis before the bridge. Jacob had been called out of bed for this dispatch but you would not have known it by the smile on his face and his completely approachable demeanor. He not only kept us out of harm's way but our traveling business was saved from thieves. Thank you Jacob from American Towing. We are safe and feel better knowing the pink truck is out there to help people all over the Mid-South.

I just wanted to write a review about my experience with American Towing. I was on a trip from Oxford, MS on my way home to Missouri. My expedition broke down in Hernando after I barely made it off the interstate. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they told me American Towing would be coming within the hour. The tow operator, Chris, got there within the hour and was a very friendly fellow, very professional, and was actually a pleasure to ride all the way back to Missouri with him, my friend, and her dog. To be honest, I was a little nervous about riding 2 hours with a complete stranger, especially since it would mean he would be missing the Super Bowl (and I figured he would be mad at me for that!). However, Chris was great and set us at ease immediately, and even said he was looking forward to the long haul! He even noticed what my car problem was...a broken power steering belt and tensioner! If all of their drivers are like Chris, I would recommend calling them anytime.","pos-3
