[redacted] group, towed [redacted] ford [redacted] by order of the Charleston P.DOn 6/23/at AM vehicle was towed to our shop on [redacted] **By the order of the Charleston P.DOwner must have a release's form Charleston PD [redacted] came in on 6/29/to pick up his vehicle and said that he called different times since Friday evening to pick up vehicleI informed [redacted] that our drivers are in and out doing calls after office hours Monday thru Friday and you have to call our phone [redacted] and a driver will let you know when someone will be at the shopThe bill was for towing and storage, we discounted by bring bill to just because Mr [redacted] said he was trying to get it outI also talk to the drivers that were on duty on 6/28/and they said someone called about getting vehicle out and wanted to set appointmentThey informed do not set appointment, They did tell Mr [redacted] when he called around the afternoon that a driver would be there in fifteen min and they waited min no one showed up they also told the caller that at 2pm they would be someone would be here at 2pm for sure no one showed againWhen [redacted] came in to pick up vehicle he had a flat tire that needs air he had his own compressor but it was not pumping up tireI offered to use our air compressor and air up his tire at no charge a free service, [redacted] then tried to start vehicle and would not startI again offer to jump start it at no charge again a free service [redacted] said he never drove a standard shift before so I got the vehicle turned around and showed him how to drive a standard shift, Mr [redacted] then thank me for all had done for him and drove the vehicle out on the lot and had to go get his wife to drive vehicle home

I would like to recommend this company for outstanding service! They quickly came to the rescue for me to change flat tires within the same day when no one else would! They were friendly, helpful, and affordable!!! I will definitely keep their number to call if I need help again in the area again!!!

The bill was 312.80 for towing and storage, we discounted by 25.00 bring bill to 287.80 just because Mr. [redacted] said he was trying to get it out. I also talk to the drivers that were on duty on 6/28/2015 and they said someone called about getting vehicle out and wanted to set appointment. They informed do not set appointment, They did tell Mr. [redacted] when he called around the afternoon that a driver would be there in fifteen min and they waited 45 min no one showed up they also told the caller that at 2pm they would be someone would be here at 2pm for sure no one showed again.
