I have contacted numerous times and had many repairs done to what was supposed to be a brand new refrigerator
I spoke to *** on the 7th about this and really pissed off that I am getting no response backIt's very difficult to keep replacing food because this refrigerator is STILL freezing both sides and causing frostFunny how it is a frost free one! BOUGHT NEW LIVING ROOM SET ( COUCH, LOVE SEAT AND CHAIR) ON 6/16/FROM THIS COMPANYTO START OFF WE HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM SINCE MAKING THE PURCHASEFIRST THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED, THEY CALLED TIMES TO TRY TO SET UP APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY AND WE REFUSEDINSTEAD OF SETTING UP THE FURNITURE LIKE WE WERE TOLD THEY "DROPPED" OFF THE FURNITURE STILL IN THE WRAPPING AND NOT PUT TOGETHERTHEY SET IT IN OR HOME AND LEFTAFTER WE HAD TO PUT IT TOGETHER AND SET IT UP WE NOTICED THAT WE WERE MISSING THE PILLOWSWE CALLED ABOUT THOSE AND IT TOOK WEEKS TO FINALLY GET THEM, BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG ONESTHEN IN AUGUST THE FURNITURE STARTED TO COME UNSEWED AT THE SEAMS AND RIP IN SEVERAL PLACESWE CALLED AND EMAILED AND ON 8/6/THE OWNER FINALLY "AGREED" TO REPLACE THE FURNITURE WITH ANOTHER SET, WE CAME IN AND PICKED IT OUT ON 8/7/16, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE IN WEEKS AT THE LONGEST..WE HAVE CALLED & EMAILED EACH WEEK AND NO ONE CAN TELL US ANYTHING! I purchased a Mattress from American Trade Furniture last year (2016), after a year the mattress went bad I called American Trade to set up a warranty replacement, they set up a time to come inspect it and start a claimWell they never showed up or called.I called to reschedule and the same thing happenedI ended up having to take my own pictures and send it to them myselfThe day of delivery yet again they did not show upThey rescheduled it, when they finally arrived they brought the wrong mattressSo I'm now still waiting for the correct bed

I *** *** bought furniture from American Trade on approximately 06/Due to the diaster flooding in south carolina in My furniture was delivered on 11-Upon delivery I notice the dresser peeling and my china closet had a crack in and I called the store and spoke with *** and she transfer me to the manager ***He told me to take pictures and email them to him and I did.After several attempets I finally contact *** on 01/18/*** stated that American Trade furniture went out of business and he bought them out and now its called American Furniture*** stated that he no longer can help me with my issues with my damage funiture
