begin a warranty claim on a product purchased through one of our online dealers. After receiving the original item back to our facility in August of 2014, we proceeded to complete a replacement order to Mr*** to exchange the item under our warranty policy. The new item was received with shipping damage to the finish, in which we offered to exchange the item for new directly through N-FABMr*** confirmed we could no longer exchange the product he had just received. In September of 2014, he discarded the damaged item immediately upon receipt, and decided to go with a different brand. Shortly following, the customer requested we provide him with discounted pricing on a new set to be sold to him. After N-FAB offered Mr*** a 20% incentive to buy a new product, the customer claimed this was not an acceptable optionN-FAB certainly stands behind our warranty policy 100%, but unfortunately, we could not complete an exchange (at no cost to the customer) because the damaged product was no longer available for exchange. The 20% discount incentive for a new item is still available to the customer to be used at any time. Please contact us directly if you have any questions! Best regards, Lance P***

I refue there response they don't assume responsibility of there faulty product. I was waiting for my return product for over a month. They are very irresponsible. Look how long it took them to reply to this complaint. I find nfab business practices very unacceptable. And no customers should have To go  through  what I have without knowing all the facts of how lousey there customer service is. And that's why I contacted you. I can tell friends and family of my bad experiences with them but what about all of the other innocent buyers out there. They have blocked me from I'm contacting them and have [redacted]'s said that I have lied to them with proof of pictures of there replacement bars. I thank you for helping me with this process
