I had a [redacted] truck that was sent to [redacted] in [redacted] NY on 7/11/17, and they sent it to american transmission to get repaired for 1,836 dollars. We got it back, only to have the same issues, nothing fixed. It was then towed to american transmission on 8/31/17. My mother talked to the owner Tony on the 31st, and he said he was going to hook it up to the computer the next day and call her back. My mother called again on 9/8/17, and he said he was working on it. She called again on 9/11/17, and discussed picking up the plates because I had to purchase another vehicle to use. On 9/12/17, my mother and I went up to american transmission, and had to wait till an employee showed up to give us the plates. My mother called again on 10/10/17, and he said he needed another week to work on it. My mother called again on 10/17/17, and he said he was putting the truck back together. She told him we wanted it back by 10/31/17, and he agreed. She called again on 10/25/17, he said he was still worki

I had two trucks transmissions Rebuilt when I got them back The one truck I had to take back the next day it was a *** when I stopped at a red light or stop sign it was a strong vibration in the truck and he didn't even do that before I took it there then the transmission lines were leaking I took you back a third time and they said they fixed it I talk to Tony the owner personally and he said I even wrote them a note explaining that I really need my vehicle to be fixed I can't keep bringing it up there for the same problem that I paid for to be fixed they keep it for a week or two just for me to get it back and two days or a day later it leaks again and that's just for one truck the other truck which is an explore is the same result the lines leaking I also had the rear end done on the truck and it still making The same noise it was making when I took it this is ridiculous that people take your hard-working money and don't keep their end of the bargain we spent aroun

in January I had problems with my transmission on my *** *** *** the shop had offered a month warranty within months the transmission had gone again I was along the road for hours with my kids ND WIFE IN THE VEHICLE I had the vehicle towed back to the repair shop my wife was months pregnant he had the vehicle from 6/18/thru 7/20/still did not fix the vehicle under his warranty my wife had gone into labor with the only vehicle we had so I had to find another vehicle had gone to get the vehicle because he had it over a month and the vehicle was not in his lot so I had called the police and he was giving me a run around I finally had gotten the vehicle back but the transmission is still not fixed and he wont repair the transmission I have filed a police report I paid $and I need this vehicle fixed as its our only means of transportation I have gotten an estimate of a dodge putting the transmission in
