The company did send me the luggage after paying them the shipping charge, but I had to wait over a year. I contacted them several times asking for assistance with the issue, but received no response until I began this process. It is very unprofessional for a company to work like this. To wait over a year for product is not acceptable.

Today I received a replacement suitcase.
