American Tree Experts, Inc.

My elderly parents hired American Tree Experts, Inc. in New Berlin, WI to take down some huge old trees in their backyard. They were quoted a fair price. On the day of the tree removal my dad had a stroke and my mom went to the hospital with him. My niece and I stayed at their home to wait for the American Tree Expert workers. Two men arrived when they promised and were later joined by a third worker. They removed the two huge trees that were agreed on, but also worked on some stumps and other problem areas in the yard. They felt bad my dad was in the hospital! Two of the men went up on the house roof and swept off the leaves and cleaned leaves out of the rain gutters just to help the family! You rarely find a company nowadays that goes that extra mile. When my folks got the bill, it was exactly what was first quoted. All the other nice things were just done out of kindness. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I am pleased that I can publicly say how wonderful these folks are! Thank you, [redacted].

I highly recommend American Tree Experts, New Berlin WI. They came out and pruned my Maple tree. They were helpful and courteous. They raked up and hauled all the branches and brush away. You would never know they were in the yard working. No mess left behind. Before leaving they asked if I was satisfied and if I approved of the completed job.These guys can be trusted.
