contacted another company (ABA construction) to have the repairs made In addition to the active leak, the company did not re-flash or install new ridge vents (use old materials instead) as indicated in the proposal (proposal.jpg)Receipts for repairs made on 11/18/and 12/3/are attached (repair1.jpg and repair2.jpg)Total repairs totaled $and I would like to be reimbursed

I have forwarded the information on to the Owner of SAVAGE & SON INSTALLATIONS, LLC, Gerald C*** who indicated to me that he has every intention of resolving this complaint; and is in the process of scheduling a time when he can address the issue

The client's Daughter was contacted and informed that the issue was not a roofing issue; but a siding issue? The Owner, Gerald Chapman offered to repair the Siding at no expense to the Client when the work schedule permits
