As I had discussed with you earlier, I had an assistant who had assure me he was handling Revdex.com issues, customer service, answering and scheduling estimates and helping with Payroll I discovered in February that he had been embezzling large sums of money from the business accounts without my knowledge and hadn't been handling any customer issues like he had told me he had I was not even aware of this complaint and certainly would not have handled it in the manner that my assistant did because it is not acceptable [redacted] was a great repeat customer and I'm very angry to hear the manner in which [redacted] treated herWe'd like to offer her 50% of the job total back to her and would put a check in the mail if acceptedThanks, ***American Tree Masters LLC

American Tree Masters recently completed work at my house and I was very pleased with the results, service and professionalism The owner came out and gave me the estimate and took the time to answer questions about other trees in my yard The crew arrived on time and completed everything and took the time to ask questions during the job to make sure I was happy with the work being done They cleaned up everything and seemed to really take pride in what they do I will be using them again and referring them on to my friends and neighbors

Ma'am we sincerely apologize for this negligence, but I will personally contact you and send someone as soon as today to fix whatever needs fixing, about the receipt we usually use our estimate forms as proof of payment, if you have any questions or would like to talk to me my number is

We were very pleased with the service from American Tree Masters We had to have a 25-foot saguaro with multiple arms removed since it was leaning over our block wall and also threatening our neighbor's yard and pool The owner/estimator was very friendly and professional The crew showed up on time, did an efficient job under difficult circumstances, and cleaned up the yard well

Their website http://www.americantreemasters.net/about.html says: "We are a proud Accredited Member of the Revdex.com, we are fully insured to $2,000,000, and we pride ourselves on our spotless safety record." -- Well the first part of that doesn't seem to be true -- the Revdex.com site clearly indicates they are not Revdex.com accredited.

I called 480-646-0588 thinking I was calling Valley Tree Managers LLC (http://www.valleytreetrimmers.com/about/ which also said they were Revdex.com accredited) and they answered "American Tree Masters." When I mentioned my confusion the lady said "The company is known by many names: Valley Tree Managers, Gilbert Tree Masters, Scottsdale Tree Masters, as well as American Tree Masters."
Why do they use so many names is it to attract local business or possibly to hide from bad reviews?
When I asked the lady about Revdex.com to her credit she said they weren't Revdex.com accredited but she expressed confusion when I told her that their website says they are.

American Tree Masters did an excellent job on the tree in our front yard. The crew completed the project quickly and the clean up was great. We would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks to American Tree Masters! Also,want to add a special thanks to crew for all their hard work.

Excellent service! They did everything they said they would in a quick and professional manner. Price was considerably lower than other companies I checked with and they are also fully insured.

I had 3 30ft tall Mexican Fan Palms that I needed to have removed from my yard. I called and left a message for a quote and [redacted] (owner) called me back very quickly. He scheduled an appointment for the quote and arrived on time. I was given a written quote along with a full explanation of what would be done.

The day of the removal, the crew arrived on time and double checked what was to be done. They asked relevant questions about sprinkler lines, electrical, etc. to make sure the job went smoothly.

Everything was done correctly and safely and the crew did a great job of cleaning up. Thank you for a job well done!

Not only did they actually show up and give a free estimate on the day and time scheduled (believe me -not all companies do this)I was given a better quote and the team showed up in less than 24 hours to do the job!! [redacted], you performed according to what you indicated at the time you gave a cost quote. Your lead person [redacted], explained the process and during the extraction of the tree and stump provided a service that was exceptional. The project was completed quickly, he was very efficient and the clean up was great. We will call in the spring when our other trees need trimming.

Tree Masters did an amazing job on the tree in our front yard. We called a few other companies before finding Tree Masters. The others were either too expensive or didn't show up at all. The owner came out and gave us an estimate on the spot. Our tree looks great and we couldn't be happier. Completely changed the way the house looks from the street. We would highly recommend them to friends and/or family.
