I contacted Thomas Perry to remove my junk car and other trash. He contacted Nathen Edwards American Tree Service in Marion OH. He came to the house, he said he would remove the car and that he would remove the other trash we had for $240. Instead American Tree Services came to the house took the trash , got $240 and then said his wheel bearing broke on his buddy truck and that he would be back to get the car. He came back and stole the car parts and left the car. So not only did he take the trash removal money that was supposed to not be his job at all as stated by first contact. He did not tell me this and Thomas had to let me know. He was contacted to only remove the car and his company was to do the trash removal. He left the car in the drive way with stolen parts removed before taking the car. He also took the job away from the other company. So other Tree service owners do not work with AMERICAN TREE SERVICES! He told me he would cut up the car into pieces it did not matter what he would do to the car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST! Do not fall into believing the company will complete the service they say they will and then they will leave before and never come back!

One month ago today, Oct. 12, Fresh Cut Tree Service in Marion, Ohio, cut down 2 dead pine trees in my yard. He didn't have a trailer with him to haul away the brush, but said he'd be back the next day to clean up, and log the trunks for us. He has never been back. I have left him numerous voice mails and text messages, with only one reply, saying he had been in bed all week with pancreatitis. Really??? I gave him a check that day in good faith he would finish the job, and of course that was cashed 2 days later. Word to the wise.....DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! He is a crook.
Hired them to take a tree down what a mistake. They hit my house garage Damaged my fence. Went to his insurance and they informed me that he “is going to take care of damage out of pocket”. Tried contacting him but got ignored. Surprise huh. I ended up going through my homeowners insurance to fix the damage. What a ***. DO NOT hire them.

He left to haul one load of brush away and has never been back. I seen him a few weeks later working and confronted him and of course he was coming right out to make it right with me. He's a joke!! $$$ out of pocket. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! I have spoken to other people that he has ripped off as well. So I was left to clean up all of the mess and Hire someone to haul away what he didn't.
Made the mistake of paying him in full. Nathan trimmed the tree and gave me his “word” he’d be back in the morning for the brush. He left a complete mess of my backyard. Cigarette butts, soda bottles, and branches everywhere. That was a couple weeks ago. Now he refuses to answer his phone or pickup the brush. Guy’s a crook.
Nathan E, owner of Fresh Cut Tree Service, has taken our money and did NOT finish the job. He had so many reasons why he couldn't finish the job. We gave him 3 months and he still messed up. Do NOT hire him. I checked his criminal records at Marion Ohio and he has many many records against him. I want other people to know he is terrible business man. DO NOT HIRE!!!!
