While American Tree was removing trees from another property, they accidentally damaged my property and items on my propertySome can be fixed others were hand made many years ago When I called American Tree he knew about the situation that happened, but denied having any involvement with it at the same time?? Luckily have picturesTwo things made me very upset1) I do have pictures of branches on top of my broken items from when they took the trees down and 2) How can you know about the situation and deny it at the same time? FrustratingFrom a small family owned business that takes pride in their work (Its on their web site) you would expect a little higher more integrity, values or ownership rather than categorically deny you had any involvement in the first placeI have never used this company but from what my experience already I would not recommend to friends or familyThey may do a great job but walking on my property and cleaning up a mess that you made and then deny you did it in the first place is very frustrating in todays world
