American Truck and Tire Service

Review: This company was sent by Coachnet Roadside Assistance to replace a blown tire on our camper while we were on vacation in Virginia. They changed the tire and took our flat. For more than 2 weeks we have been attempting to obtain a photo and DOT number in order to report the blown tire to the manufacturer. American Tire has repeatedly said they would send the required information but have not. They will not provide a physical address where the tire can be viewed/collected. Pat, a representative of their company, states they do not have a physical address. This matter can't be resolved until we send in a photograph of the tire as well as the DOT number on the side. There may be a danger in using this brand of tires that needs to be investigated. We have offered to come get the the tire with no response.Desired Settlement: We need the tire and/or a photograph of it and the DOT number from the side of the tire.
