Attention: [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] Fax: ###-###-#### Dear Mr [redacted] , I did reach out to Ms [redacted] on December 22nd, the day we received the complaint from the Revdex.com I apologized to Ms [redacted] and informed her she has been placed on our “Do Not Call List” and we would not contact her again in the future She stated that she was satisfied with this resolution moving forward, as long as we do not reach out to her again Thank you for the feedback and please let me know if there is anything else we can do on our end Sincerely, [redacted] The above letter was faxed to the Revdex.com, attention [redacted] , on 1/6/[redacted] was placed on our DNC list on 1/22/

Per the customers request her contract was voided and we have no work to perform on her home. We also have not performed any work so all of her requests were met prior to this complaint. The customer did not understand the insurance claim process. Within this process we often...
have to provide a more detailed breakdown to the insurance company on behalf of the insured. Upon reviewing this process with the customer she requested that we cancel her contract. Because this customer never did business with Bordner and we cancelled her contract without any recourse after the cancellation period I am asking that this complaint be removed. The allegations are unfounded.
