Review: I made on online purchase consisting of a dash kit and exterior trim pieces for my 2014 Chevy Volt. While the exterior pieces were exactly as described and fit perfectly, the interior dash kit was another story. After applying the first five pieces (by a professional installer) it was clear that the product was not suitable. In the past when I have purchased dash kits for my cars they have arrived with beveled edges that provide a quality transition to the dash itself. This kit did not and since NO PHOTOGRAPH of it was available on the website when I ordered it, I relied on the advertising remarks and a phone call from an employee who assured me each kit was custom crafted to the highest specifications. The product I received was chunky, poorly cut and after putting on the first five pieces the installer suggested that perhaps he should not install the rest of it due to its poor appearance, the fact that it made several control labels illegible and left some controls hard to operate. I contacted American Truck N' Accessories and asked to return the product. They have denied my request.Desired Settlement: Return of monies paid OR satisfactory product
