When Window World finished my job the sliding door trim looked terrible, they wanted more money to fix charged me $work was never done
Had Window World install Sliders in my Condo, when they finished the trim work looked terrible? I called them and they said I should have gotten the "Capping" option that is $more per sliderI said ok let's do it and they charged my credit card the $They never did any other work at my Condo, I called them and told them to wait because our HOA was installing new siding and we should wait until we see how that turns outAfter the new siding was installed the sliders looked much better so I called Window World and told them I was happy and to return my $300, they told me they had done some work and they would only give me $backThis is an absolute lieThey never came back out and did any work since the original installation date
I ordered door and windows and pd a deposit of On May 22, Items were to be installed in August I never heard from them
I was referred to Window World for the purchase of a special order door (fiberglass Single with mail slot Model #Suo8Le in with hardware) and windows (Solar Zone Elite) I ordered and pd my deposit of $(+ Ck# 1484) on May 22, Items were schedule to be installed by August 21,I did not hear anything from them so I called Window World On August 21st They said that the windows were in but that the door had not come in yet I said fine I called back on September 18th...still without any word from them, *** told me that their was a glitch and that the door had never been ordered At that point I told them to cancel the entire order and that I wanted my money back *** called me back and said that ***, the owner, said that he would not do that because it was a special order I had to
Complete Lack of communication, lack of customer service, did not fulfill obligation within a timely manner
I am so extremely disappointed and frustrated with Window World! We used them several years ago to replace all of our windows and we had such a wonderful experienceWe have even recommended them to several of our family and friends who have purchased from themSo that makes our latest experience even more frustrating! To start with, the sales guy was late for our appointment so I called him just to make sure he was still coming and he was so rude to meHe asked if I had somewhere else to be in a very sarcastic way and I was very taken backI told him yes, as a matter of fact, I actually didMy husband had to call him and told him if he didn't want to come that we could find someone else to take our moneyIn his defence, once he arrived he was very apologetic and even offered us a small discountSo we went ahead and placed our orderWe were told we would be contacted by

The door was not an acceptable product from the day it was installed
We had windows installed by this company and were very happy with themBecause of this we ordered a patio door to replace an old oneThey brought the wrong door after a week delay to make itAnother weeks followed to get the correct doorWhen they installed the door, it was not able to be securely closed due to misalignment in the frameThe installer cut out the holes for the locks so it would lock but that left gaps where he had to adjust it
We finally got tired of going back and forth about cosmetic issues due to the holes he had to cut
Now the door has started to hang on the bottom corner causing the fiberglass on the door to come off and show the core under the coatingAir leaks around where it was sticking because a piece of the weather stripping cannot be put back on due to the misaligned door
I don not see how this can be repaired because of the missing fiberglass

The window installer failed to properly caulk the window which resulted in water damage to interior of home, owner refuses to repair this damage
Contacted Window World in regards to damage to interior of home which included mold to carpet, outlet under window shorted out, and severe damage to molding and sheet rockEmailed pictures of damage as well as the problem with the caulk that resulted in said damageCompany continued to ignore my issue, once I was finally contacted in regards to this, the owner refuses to fix any damage caused by the lack of professionalism of his employees in completed the installation correctlyI as the customer was forced to patch the problem to cease any more leakage into my home which was causing substantial damage
Took Deposit NovMay still no service or contact
Window World of the Gulf Coast took our check on 11/9/for 1/down on installation of a soffit, facia, and gutter system for the back of our houseWhen we didn't hear back from Window World of the Gulf Coast we began calling them in January No product, installation, or call backsWe called or timesToday is May 21, We don't know what to do at this pointWindow World of the Gulf Coast will not respond
They will not service a window that is leaking, will not even remove the window to see why it is leaking
We used Window World to install worth of windowsOne out of windows leaksThey came out one time to reseal itIt did not fix the problem*** the owner came out and said he will send a crew out to remove window as he does not know why it is leakinghe never did thisInstead he said he will not fix it, it is due to the siding on the houseNot only did he not do what he said he would he had a rep call and will not return a phone call to discuss it The windows have a life time warrantyI do not agree him, I can take all the siding off my house and it would have nothing to do with the windows leakingThis is a horrible way to treat a customer
