The window installer failed to properly caulk the window which resulted in water damage to interior of home, owner refuses to repair this damage Contacted Window World in regards to damage to interior of home which included mold to carpet, outlet under window shorted out, and severe damage to molding and sheet rockEmailed pictures of damage as well as the problem with the caulk that resulted in said damageCompany continued to ignore my issue, once I was finally contacted in regards to this, the owner refuses to fix any damage caused by the lack of professionalism of his employees in completed the installation correctlyI as the customer was forced to patch the problem to cease any more leakage into my home which was causing substantial damage

When Window World finished my job the sliding door trim looked terrible, they wanted more money to fix charged me $work was never done Had Window World install Sliders in my Condo, when they finished the trim work looked terrible? I called them and they said I should have gotten the "Capping" option that is $more per sliderI said ok let's do it and they charged my credit card the $They never did any other work at my Condo, I called them and told them to wait because our HOA was installing new siding and we should wait until we see how that turns outAfter the new siding was installed the sliders looked much better so I called Window World and told them I was happy and to return my $300, they told me they had done some work and they would only give me $backThis is an absolute lieThey never came back out and did any work since the original installation date

THIS IS GARY B [redacted] WHO HAS BOUGHT SEVERAL WINDOWS FROM WINDOW WORLD HENRY THE OWNER QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $ AND THE GUY CAME TO MEASURE AND QUOTED $AREA I WAS VERY MAD AND SAID A FEW KIND WORDS NOT TO THE TECH BUT ABOUT THE SITUATIONI TRYED TO CALL HENRY THE OWNER WITH NO RETURN CALLSTHEY CALLED THS MORNING AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DEAL WITH ME AND MY (SO CALLED )PROFANITY......I'M IN THE CAR BUSINESS AS A MANAGER AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED NOT RESPONDING TO HIS QUOTED ON THE WINDOWS......ANYONE CALL ME TO GO OVER THIS SITUATION [redacted] I GUESS HENRY HAS NO BUSINESS SENSE OR IS IN FEAR TO FACE THIS SITUATION................GARY B***

Took Deposit NovMay still no service or contact Window World of the Gulf Coast took our check on 11/9/for 1/down on installation of a soffit, facia, and gutter system for the back of our houseWhen we didn't hear back from Window World of the Gulf Coast we began calling them in January No product, installation, or call backsWe called or timesToday is May 21, We don't know what to do at this pointWindow World of the Gulf Coast will not respond
