With all do respect, All of our customers and clients at Acapulco Ballroom & Bridalshop are priority to us, we at no time have any intention not to deliver the services we promise. In reference to our clients photos, Acapulco Ballroom has contacted the photographers in regards to the photos...

and other services, but have not received any answer from the photographer " [redacted]". We are seeking legal action and will notify our customers accordingly.  We had set up an appointment with Mrs. [redacted], which she failed to appear and instead chose to go directly to a lawyer. I had not been able to give her a respond, due to the lack of communication from the photographers, [redacted] & [redacted] DBA " [redacted]".  Our main concern is to please our customers. Our motto is to "Make Dreams Come True" and we cater to that.  We will definetly keep our customers updated on the status of their photos. The contract was paid in full CASH to the photographers. Which we never received a itemized statement from them, and now they are claiming they never were paid. At this time it is their word against ours. Please be patient, we know that at the end of this turmoil our clients will have there photos. I would greatly appreciate that no negative post will be put on social media. We are here to make events and dreams come true. Not to ruin anyone's special day.  We have vendors for everything. And we pay EVERYONE.
