As a company, we strive to treat everybody the way that we want to be treated, and will also not tolerate abusive behavior and language toward our company and representatives When the plaintiff repeatedly called the office with abusive language, the company representatives were instructed to end the call He called back and started doing the samething again and the call was ended againThe company owner went out the same day that the application was made to inspect the work and the neighboring property, (which is the actual customer) and take pictures All applications were properly applied to the correct property and in accordance to the product application labels There was no evidence of overspray to the plaintiff's property (as evident by the blue marker dye and pictures) While the owner was conducting the inspection, the plaintiff started cursing at and making abusive threats toward the owner and company The company owner finished taking pictures and told the plaintiff to "Have a nice day" and leftThe fence is not damaged and the blue color of the spray is only an indicator dye and will fade away within to weeks Not sure what happened to the shrubs years ago but we always make sure we follow our product labelsWe spray around shrubs, trees, plants, and grass on many properties without damage on a daily basis
