American Turf

We had a great experience with American Turf. Whole team from Sales Rep, to office support, to install team were courteous, professional, and felt they were bending over backwards for our purchase and install.

I LOVE the look of our yard now. It was very interesting to watch the install as well. The install team was very accommodating with my documenting of each step. We are VERY PLEASED in the look and feel of the product.

I had my front lawn, over 500 sq feet, replaced with artificial turf. The company was on time and it took two days to complete. They took their time for quality. American Turf Co did a great job. The employees answered all my questions as they were installing the turf and cleaned up the street from all the left over sand. The turf looks great and even stood up to one of our Monsoons with heavy winds and rain, which the wind was sever enough to brake several tree limbs in the neighborhood. Great service and I'm well pleased. I would definitely recommend American Turf Co to all who are seeking to install artificial turf.

I contracted with American Turf CO LLC to provide a premium synthetic turf system. The synthetic grass product is not what I was demonstrated nor does the product present as a completed look. The synthetic grass install contains large areas where the grass is laying completely flat. Not unlike how the material looked when it was first unrolled. Repeated phone calls for appointments to the owner have been met with excuses, schedule changes and rude phone hang-up unprofessional behavior. The crew has returned to attempt to re-power rake the synthetic grass. The installers stated they cannot fix this inferior product. I was told that foot traffic is what caused the grass to lie completely flat. This is categorically false as we rarely walk on the turf. The turf simply sits on the ground.

Buyer Beware!!!

I have enlisted other reputable synthetic grass companies to receive other opinions. All are in agreement. American Turf is installing a very low quality product and will not stand behind their product or workmanship.

We love our new grass from American Turf! We had their product installed in our previous home's yard and just got it installed at our new home. The staff was extremely polite, on time and did a great job! We are very happy!

I really like the product. However, when we had to partially roll back a small area to fix an electrical problem the sand rolled up in a ball. We called to have the company come out to redistribute the sand and was told it would cost a minimum of $250.00 and could not give an appointment time, even could not tell me if it would be a month out. I asked them to go ahead and try to get to me ASAP. When a called back about 10 days later, to check on the schedule, they said it would cost $300.00 and now could schedule me in.
Good product, but don't expect service after insallation.
