Review: On 4/27/2015, I ordered shirts at American Uniforms. These shirts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. Upon picking up the shirts on May 23, 2015 they had patches attached, and zippers installed. These shirts were measured by American Uniform employees.

Upon wearing the shirts they were poorly fitting despite the measurements taken by American Uniform Employees. I returned the shirts to the store. An employee agreed with the issue and ordered me different shirts for an even exchange. The patches on the shirts were to be transferred to the new shirts.

On 6/17/2015 Rick S[redacted] owner, advised me he would not exchange the shirts and hung up on me. The shirts do not fit nor meet the requirements of my agency. They fail to meet the warranty of wear ability. Since Rick cancelled the transaction and has all the shirts, I want a full refund for $127.99 and another purchase of a shirt for $39.99 on May 23, 2015 respectively.

A complaint is also being filed with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs based on the above issue.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $127.99 and another shirt purchase for $39.99 on May 23, 2015 respectively. American Uniform has all the shirts in their possession.

1 –Customer came to the store on April 27 and placed an order for 2 pair of pantsand 2 shirts with zippers to be sewn in, both of which then became a customitem, since the pants required striping and the shirts do not come withzippers.2 –Customer tried on both items to her satisfaction. Although we did have to useanother shirt from the same manufacturer, the sizing and fit are the same.3 –The shirts were ordered in a timely manner and arrived in the store on April30. They were then patched and zippers installed. Customer was notified in atimely manner that the shirts were complete.4 –Customer waited until May 23 to come in and pick up the shirts. She did not trythem on in the store upon pickup.5 –Although the customer indicated she contacted the store on June 5, the first Iwas made aware of any problems was when she surfaced on June 17 with the shirtsdemanding an exchange because they were two big.6 –I refused because of the time lag from the date of ordering (7 ½ weeks) and thefact that she did not try them on when she picked them up 3 1/2 weeks earlier.7 –We have a standing policy, with a sign, ALL SALES FINAL.
