Patient came to our office as new patient on 05-15-as Emergency pain, patient said she has throbbing pain with right side of her mouth haven't been able to sleep at night , she went to emergency room and they have prescribed her Tramadol and augmentin , and needs some more pills
Dr *** has done the Emergency exam, Poor oral hygiene, 1-pan and PAs taken with # 2,3,30,32, No Deep caries or recurrent decay under old filling, No Tenderness to percussionPatient is unable to tell where the pain is coming from and point to different tooth every timeGeneralized deep pockets seen with all the teeth#32-Mesial decay seen, referral given to see Oral surgeon for evaluation and extcalled her pharmacy and prescribed tramadol Qty; tabs for pain. patient came back on 05-17-2017, for having pain and requesting the same pain medication , Dr.*** has said as per the x-rays and diagnose you dont need tramadol, but she was keep arguing with the doctor to get the tramadol prescriprton , Finally Dr *** has told her if you want we can prescribe motrin 800mg and we have called in motrin 800mg to her pharmacy and patient left

Patient was paying the Treatment recommendade by dentist ahead of time, so far patient has paid $1535.00, patient came for appointment but due to her medical condition dentist has not started the treatment. Patient do have credit balance on her account $patient never requested the
refund otherwise we would have refunded to her. After receiving the Revdex.com letter, we have contacted the patient , if she wants to use her credit towards the treatment or she wants the refund of her money.she said she wants the full refund of $So we have processed her Refund of $todayso she will get her refund of $in 7-working days.We have infirmed the same to patient.
