I overall love my experience with American Van Lines! They were able to help me move from Florida to Colorado on such short notice. This is a follow-up to my negative October 23, 2015 review on American Van Lines. I was contacted by Dave who explained the practices used by moving companies in the industry. Although I still think this industry needs to improve their claims settlement turnaround, AVL did perform their settlement process faster than the industry standard. They also worked to insure my initial complaint was addressed and I walked away from this as a satisfied customer. Taking this into account, I have to change my Negative rating to a Positive one.
