I am getting ready to have Open Heart Surgery and since I will have a long recovery if nothing goes wrong, I no longer have my Ford Escape 2016 as of 29 October 2019. I have left messages with Jasmine who supposedly the ONLY agent who can work with my Service Agreement PELMF371577.
I spoke with several people at the Customer Service Department trying to get assistance, but apparently every one there is a Supervisor including Jasmine and NO ONE else is in charge who could assist me to escalate this issue. As per Carlos I just have to wait for Jasmine to return my call.
Well I don't have time to wait... if there are any problems with my Open Heart surgery, I could be DEAD by next week.
If this is your idea of Customer Service once I get this cancelled I will be reporting your company to the BBB and since I am a Retired Disabled Veteran I will be advising all my Veteran friends NOT to use your company. Its' people like Carlos and Jasmine that can cause your company to go down. You company is only as good or bad as the people who represent it.
