I'm responding to you letter of Tuesday December 8, Mr*** statement is alittle difficult to understandI will do my best to provide an answer.Our records show that we have not received payment for all charges made to Mr.*** regarding his granddaughter's tenancy in our mobile home
parkI have sent Mr*** a list of all transactions associated with his account four timesEach time Iasked him to review they statement for any missing paymentsI asked him to provide me with a copy of the cancelled check for any payment made but not shown on the statement.Recently he sent copies of three checksTwo of them had already been applied to his accountOne payment had been mistakenly applied to another tenant's account and I corrected the errorA copy of the letter I sent to him informing him that I corrected the mistake is enclosedI haven't received a response to this letterIf there are other payments that aren't reflected on the statement Mr*** should send a copy of the cancelled check.Mr*** seems to acknowledge that we did not receive a payment in March but thatit had not been cashedI suggest that he send us this paymentIf Mr*** can show that we made an accounting error I will be happy to fix it and delete any late fees that should not have been applied as a result.I will not address Mr*** allegations regarding other tenants.Thank you.Sincerely,Jeff *** Managing Member
