I called JR at American Vintage Home to get a second opinion and estimate for my [redacted] air conditioner problemHe was extremely responsive - rearranging other appointments to meet my schedule - and was just so knowledgeable about my systemHis analysis and explanation of options was terrific, and we went with his suggestion to test to determine just where our problem wasHis technician Bob came the next day, and in preparing to do the testing, identified the problem and fixed itBob was very good, thorough, polite and efficientI will absolutely recommend this company to my friends
Prompt, efficient and solid service from Sean this afternoon He assessed our plumbing and fixtures and recommended several cheap and easy DIY solutions for preventive issues For the one item we and he agreed needs to be addressed (hot water heater) he provided us with written estimates for different options that we discussed
Tony is an amazing person and a superb technician! First of all, he explained what was wrong with the parts to be replaced and what he was going to replace them with He explained the entire process He kept running up and down two flights of stairs to check and recheck to make sure that everything was working perfectly I could see that he took pride in his work and would leave nothing to chanceMy boiler is working perfectly and there is not a bit of the noise I had experienced Thank you, Tony! I look forward to seeing you next year for my annual check-up

American Vintage installed a [redacted] A/C unit in our 100+ year old home The experience was great from start to finish All employees that we worked with were exceptional Mike K, who was in charge of the day-to-day work, was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable He explained all he was doing, and gave us timely updates about the job Along with his co-worker Jose, Mike took excellent care of our home and we were comfortable running errands while they worked Also, Mike helped my 20-year-old daughter when she locked herself out of her car That's what I call service!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company We hired them after they were recommended to US!!

They started the work on time, came every day when they said they were going to start, the job took exactly how long they said it would take (one week) and they treated our home carefully and there was no mess Great experience all around!
