I e-mailed regarding the requirements for a [redacted] Certificate and the response was a one word response When asked for clarification the response from AWL had a bad tone for someone dealing with veterans and I replied saying so The response I then got was, "Seek another agency to assist you." They seek your DD-to glean information from it for their own purposes, beware!
