My daughter purchased a Mother's Day Package costing $I called today (12/15/2017) to make an appointmentI was told the gift card had expiredMy daughter was told it was good for one yearI was told it was only good for months and expired in NovemberNo where in the paperwork does it state anything about an expiration dateMy daughter worked hard to get the money to get this for meI was told it expired last month and there is nothing they can doThis is so unfairThey should either honor the gift or give my daughter her money backThank you *** ***

I went and got my hair colored in DecemberAfter getting it colored and washed I had an appointment so I told the stylist not to worry about blow drying itThe next day they were contacted about the color because my hair was basically black and looked nothing like the way it was supposed toThe owner refused to get on the phone and had her employee tell us they would fix it but I would be charged to do soUpon that remark I filed for my bank to reverse the charge and now they are disputing itShe then had her employee state they weren't refunding me either

After explaining I'd like to slowly lighten my hair over a few visits to prevent any damage the stylist over processed my hair lightening it up to shades lighter the first visit which resulted with a large amount of hair loss I have been seeing this salon since they opened and the stylist knows my hair well and should have known my genetically thin hair couldn't withstand the extensive processing exactly why we discussed lightening it over a few visitsI have lost over three years of hair growth and thickness over this negligence not to mention the fact frizzy textureThey are professionals they shouldn'tBe finger pointing the blame on me
