We have standing water in front of our house due to a leak in the water main that feeds our home. This standing water is breeding mosquitoes creating a health hazard. We have contacted the water company about repairing the leak but after 5 weeks and multiple calls we still have no resolution to this situation and no relief in sight. We are afraid that this may pose a health issue for us as well as our neighbors. The running water is also impacting our neighbors yards on both sides of the street due to the significant amount of water bubbling up from the street.

Tennessee American Water ("TAW") repaired the leak on Oct. 2, 2018. Before making the repair, TAW had to determine which side of the meter the leak was on. If customer or Revdex.com has any further questions please reach out to ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
Actually they worked on the leak on 2 Oct but left a small leak in the pipe. They worked on the leak again today 3 Oct. We are unsure of the disposition of the leak itself but no water is evident and the work crew left in the afternoon. As of this writing there is a plate over the hole where the road still needs to be patched. So all of the work is not yet completed.
