Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: I will refund their money and the cost of the certified letter. I had already intended on doing so. The situation is that he was a long term customer. Ordered a part and it sat for months. They never returned calls to have part installed. I have...

Revdex.com spoke to Al at business and the following was relayed: The check was written and sent to consumer on 5/19/15. This has been resolved.

I think he has forgotten the basic tenets of customer service and customer satisfaction. However, we are very grateful for the Revdex.com for their resolution of this issue.
