This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I don't like to complain but I like to read reviews before I visit a business for the first time, which is why I am writing this complaint. This was my first car accident so I went to American way auto body because my parents had such a great experience. Mine however, was terrible. There was no communication between the shop and I. I had to call every time my car was promised to be ready, which was 3 different times. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks for all cosmetic work. I was very disappointed And simply would like others to know of my experience. I will never go back, nor will I recommend this shop to anyone I come in contact with.
