American Way will not respond to my calls asking them to check around a skylight that leaks. I have repeatedly called [redacted] over the past two years to please come check the roof around one of my skylights that regularly leaks. I have 5 skylights and never had a problem with any of them until my roof was replaced. Now, one regularly leaks. Since the only change has been the roof replacement, I have to assume there is a connection. [redacted],says "can't be" but will not come check.After so long, I told him this was my only,recourse.Desired SettlementI would like them to check the roof around the skylight and this it.I have not had the courtesy of replies to my last 3 calls.Business Response [redacted] was contacted, problem will be looked at twice. Once, while [redacted] is on vacation and the other when [redacted] returns from vacation
