If American Weathermakers will not do what they should do for their customer they are once again proving that they are not a good company - they care only about themselves and not their customers or their reputation. The ONLY thing that will be a satisfactory resolution it to refund all charges in full. Mr [redacted] stated in his response "We think the offer to replace the furnace at no charge is very fair and hope Ms. [redacted] will accept the offer"
He has been made aware that this is NOT satisfactory to me - Mr [redacted] is the President of the company, but it seems to me that he really does not care how his customers feel or what they want. I have never in my life dealt with any company like this. Please advise as to how I should proceed with this issue. I do thank you in advance.
